I was born in Jamaica to humble farming parents. I knew I was born to serve but discovered that I needed to immigrate to America and pursue my dream. I began as a sales associate with Mary Kay Cosmetics and quickly drove sales to six figures. I developed a sales team and trained other sales associates.

I served with other companies seeking my ability to motivate their sales team to perform and achieve greatness. I then discovered my true calling to not only help sales personnel perform, but also to help them discover their inner person and what they need to do to achieve a peaceful, happy, fulfilling life.

I offer a unique perspective because of my background and warm personality. I love to help others bounce back after suffering adversities in their lives. It is gratifying to see them connect with their God given mission and achieve a happy, productive life. Since 1998, I have helped over 2,500 individuals and countless others who heard me on the various medias.
